RETURNS

Every product purchased on Draus online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund the returned items must be in a perfect condition. Products cannot be used and/or worn. Products will be examined for traces of wear, damage, stains, smells etc. All tags must be originally attached. Your order must be returned in the original packaging. 

To get a refund you must send an email declaring the withdrawal from the purchase agreement to draus@draus.co and the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.

Within 30 days of receiving the return your purchase will be refunded if (after examining the products) the items are in a condition to be eligible for a refund (see first paragraph).

If you decide to return your order you will need to cover shipping costs and any additional taxes and/or customs fees if applicable. Please use trackable shipping service as lost or damaged items won't be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs, return shipping costs and customs fees or additional taxes are nonrefundable. Only costs of the products are eligible for a refund
