DRAUS offers free shipping for orders over 300€ send to EU, UK, US & Canada and free shipping for orders over 500€ send to the rest of the world.

We are shipping worldwide using either GLS, DPD, UPS courier services or national post services within 7 business days if not listed differently. All packages are provided with tracking number. Items are being shipped from the EU (Warsaw, Poland).

Knitwear pieces are made to order with dispatch within maximum 10-15 business days.

Please note if you order to countries outside EU you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties and import taxes. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

The prices of products are EUR inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

EU: 1-3 business days

Rest of Europe (including the UK): 5-10 business days

North America: 6-10 business days

Rest of the world: 10-14 business days
